Huber Heights, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) - Michael Smith, a 23-year-old Huber man was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly slammed his truck into a local Taco Bell restaurant when they shorted him a $.99 taco. According to the Huber Heights Police Department, around 12:15 a.m., Smith reportedly became angry when he discovered that his Taco Bell order was short by one taco.In retaliation, Smith drove his truck through a large window near the restaurant's entrance.
