In the middle of a morning press conference, Nancy Pelosi reiterated her confident prediction that the Supreme Court will rule that Obamacare (The Patient Protection and Affordable Care act) is Constitutional with 6 justices in favor.
That's according to Daily Beast reporter Patricia Murphy who attended a Pelosi press conference this morning.
In other words Pelosi is predicting that Anthony Kennedy and Chief Justice John Roberts won't vote to overturn, as surely, Justices Alito, Scalia, and Thomas will rule it unconstitutional.
