Volkswagen has partnered with the legendary Fender brand to produce a guitar-inspired version of the new Beetle small car. Revealed as a concept at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, a new production-ready Fender Edition has debuted at this week's Auto Mobil Show in Leipzig, Germany. Based on the 150kW and 280Nm turbocharged 2.0 litre model, the Beetle Fender picks up a number of styling tweaks, including a two-tone 'Sunburst' wood dash, chromed Fender logo and a unique seat trim.
