Emotions were running very high in Wisconsin Tuesday night after Republican Gov. Scott Walker successfully beat back a recall challenge from Democratic Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.
Milwaukee television station WISN posted a video of one Barrett supporter who actually slapped the Democratic candidate for conceding to Walker.
Barrett told the station that the woman was kind enough to ask if she could slap him, and he told her that he would prefer a hug — at which point, she went ahead and slapped him anyway.
