HBO is taking swift action to correct the bizarre revelation earlier this week that their fantasy series Game of Thrones surreptitiously featured the severed head of President George W. Bush on a spike, because those were apparently the only types of heads on set to use as props. According to the New York Daily News, HBO announced in a statement yesterday that they found the use "unacceptable, disrespectful and in very bad taste," and the head will not appear in future episodes or now halted in production DVD sets.
