An unidentified man suffered burns Saturday afternoon when his jet ski exploded at Columbia Island Marina on the Potomac River, police said.
The D.C. police harbor patrol arrived about 4:30 p.m., and found an adult male whose jet ski apparently exploded when he turned it on. The man was transported to a hospital for treatment.
