Mitt Romney has been anticipating this day for the past week or two. He just hammered President Barack Obama on another bad month of job growth.
He called the 8.2 percent unemployment rate "unacceptable."
"The President's policies have clearly not been successful," Romney said.
"The highest tax rates in the world do not create jobs. The highest regulatory burdens in the world do not create jobs," he added.
