The dollar volume of home sales citywide changed little in the second quarter. In all, $7.67 billion worth of homes changed hands in the five boroughs in the quarter, according to a report released on Wednesday, up just over 3% from the same period last year.
As per usual, transactions in Manhattan represented well over half, 62.4%, of the total dollar volume for the quarter, according to the report from the Real Estate Board of New York, the powerful industry trade group.
