While managing to vote nearly three dozen times to repeal President Obama's Affordable Care Act, the Republicans haven't managed to pass any measures to create jobs. They haven't managed to come up with any plans that actually would create jobs. And they have voted down President Obama's plans to create jobs. So this should come as no surprise:
