NYU inks deal for 125K SF on East 17th Street

As New York University's plans for a major expansion of its Greenwich Village campus are winding through the city's labyrinthine approval process, the school is spreading out in a decidedly smaller way. NYU signed a seven-year deal to sublease 105 E. 17th St., a 125,000-square-foot, four-story building from Zurich Insurance Co., a spokesman for the university said. The terms were not disclosed for the lease which begins on Nov.
