Bengals rookie Dre Kirkpatrick apologized on Twitter for suffering an injury.
The Cincinnati Bengals don't open training camp until Friday, July 27, but they have reportedly suffered a casualty a few days early: Rookie cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick has injured his "knee area" while getting ready for camp, according to CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora.
While the injury has not yet been disclosed, La Canfora reports that Kirkpatrick could miss most or possibly all of training camp as a result.
