Add this to the list of the network's woes during the 2012 London Olympics: During a women’s water polo battle last week, the network aired a wardrobe malfunction of sorts.
If you can call it that.
In the Spain-U.S. game, a player for the latter had her bathing suit grabbed and yanked underwater, resulting in a nipple slip - or full-on breast - on live TV:
