Landlord Laurence Gluck and his company Stellar Management have sold a Bronx apartment building known as Stevenson Towers for $14 million. The price is 11% shy of what Mr. Gluck had hoped the building would fetch three years ago.
The six-story, elevator building, located at 831 Bartholdi St., on the southeast corner of Bronxwood Avenue, was acquired by a private investor who owns roughly a dozen properties in the area, according to Matthew Slonim, a broker at Besen & Associates, who represented Stellar in the transaction.
