Shiny new 'Catching Fire' plaything: Alan Ritchson to play Gloss
It sounds like a shiny, new name and it is: Gloss. On Thursday, Lionsgate announced that Alan Ritchson will star as Gloss in the 2013 movie "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," joining what seems to be innumerable new faces as producers (and the casting director) work to fill out the film for a reported Sept. start to shooting. Just as all other entries in the 75th Hunger Games, which will be featured in "Catching Fire," Gloss is the winner of an earlier Hunger Games.
