The Miami Dolphins' selection of Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill with the eighth overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft struck most of us as a bit of a reach at the time. But with Tannehill catching the eyes of the coaching staff with his accuracy and leadership, the criticism has been quieted significantly. Tannehill could be really good. The competition at quarterback in Dolphins camp right now suggests that even if their Week 1 starter isn't uber-talented, he certainly will be battle-tested.
