Rep. Todd Akin (R-Mo.) continues to defy pleas from his fellow Republicans to drop out of his Senate race following the uproar over his comment that "legitimate rape" doesn't cause pregnancy. And at least one flash poll shows he still has a fighting chance to beat embattled Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.). Still, many GOP donors have dumped him and he'll have to raise money, fast, to stay competitive.
