The Campaigns Stopped Caring About Undecided Voters Weeks Ago — Here's Who Really Matters

In Virginia, neither of the ground games cared about undecided voters anymore. The reason why is pretty simple. The candidates are out there, there are plenty of resources available that undecideds can use to make a choice, and the ads on the air are designed to win them over anyway. The campaigns have now turned their focus to people who have made up their mind, but are inconsistent or "sporadic" voters.
