The Swing State Perception Of The Economy Is At Its Best Point Since April

A new poll from the bipartisan firm Purple Strategies gives President Barack Obama a narrow, 1-point lead over Republican Mitt Romney nationally, and a 2-point lead in the composite average of 12 battleground states. One surprising result from the poll comes in how swing state residents perceive economic conditions as improving. In fact, the poll finds that across the 12 battleground states, people view the economy as brightly as they have since April.
