State officials in California sign letter denouncing BDS movement on college campuses

Over 30 California state legislators have signed on to a letter criticizing the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement and the passage of divestment resolutions on California college campuses. The legislators' letter, which states that the BDS movement is "divisive," was authored by State Senator Darrell Steinberg and Assemblyman Bob Blumenfield, who both worked with the Jewish Public Affairs Committee of California (JPAC) on the statement.
