How Blind Parking Lot Kittens Led Two Friends to Care for Their Local Feral Cat Colony

I have lived in my current home in Delaware, Ohio, for seven years. In that time, I have had the pleasure of becoming friends with a neighbor and fellow animal lover, Carla Matthews. I found not only that I liked her immensely, but also that she was an inspiration, because she is a caretaker of a local feral cat colony. Carla and her best friend, Laurie, have sheltered, fed, rehomed, and spayed/neutered more than two dozen cats in seven years.
