Willets Point moving money

The city is pressing ahead with plans to redevelop Willets Points, Queens. Ninety tenants, mostly auto-repair shops, have received offers for a year's rent if they move out of the area near Citi Field by the end of November, according to The Wall Street Journal. The city wants to make way for the development of a school, housing and retail on the 60-acre site. The tenants said four months does not give them enough time to find a new location that would accommodate all of them.
