Here comes Markit services PMI ...

At 9:45 a.m. ET, Markit Economics will release its preliminary reading on the US services sector for January. Economists estimate that the Markit US services purchasing manager's index (PMI) was 54, according to Bloomberg. A PMI reading above 50 indicates expansion. The index was 53.9 in December. The flash reading released prior to that had slowed to a 12-month low. We'll have the latest once the data cross, so refresh this page for updates.
