Samsung Pay strikes key deal with Alipay (BABA)

Samsung will now offer Alipay as a payment option for Samsung Pay users in China through a partnership with Ant Financial Services Group, Alipay's parent company. Chinese users will be able to link their Alipay accounts to Samsung Pay and use the mobile wallet to pay through QR code, the same method Alipay's wallet currently uses, at all in-store locations that accept Samsung Pay.
