7-story Mixed-User Proposed on Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown

Yet another mixed-user in Ktown, this one with 228 residential units Yet another new mixed-user is coming to Koreatown. Developer Jamison Services Inc. has filed plans with the city of Los Angeles to demolish a TomNToms coffee shop and Manna Korean barbecue restaurant to make room for a seven-story residential and commercial complex. At 3980 Wilshire Boulevard, just four blocks west from the Wilshire and Western subway stop, the new mixed-user would bring 228 new residential units to the neighborhood with a combination of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments.
