Two Republican billionaires create new Super PAC to attack Clinton in key Senate states

Casino magnate Sheldon Adelson and TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. founder Joe Ricketts have a brand-new Super PAC, one that will raise at least $25 million from other billionaires to attack Hillary Clinton in battleground states, in hopes of derailing Democratic Senate candidates downballot.
