The long-awaited permanent outpost is here In the past few years Barley, an American Brasserie, has had more incarnations than it probably cares to count. First was Barley & Swine, a pork-centric eatery that faced its fair share of faulty construction problems; followed by Barley & Wich, a craft sandwich shop; then back to a full-fledged restaurant with the first version of Barley, an American Brasserie, before the space finally shuttered due to issues with its landlord.
