Bosnian Serb leader makes demand over summons

Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik said Tuesday he was ready to respond to a prosecutor's summons over a controversial referendum, but demanded that the hearing be held outside Sarajevo. Sunday's plebiscite saw Bosnian Serbs overwhelmingly vote to keep celebrating a statehood day in January, despite a constitutional court veto on the vote. The holiday is controversial because it is tied to Bosnia's 1990s war and a sensitive issue for other ethnic groups in the country, which has been divided along ethnic lines into two semi-independent entities since the conflict.
