New details on game-changing development that would bring two skyscrapers to Arts District

The breakdown of condos, cool office space, and more A colossal new project proposed for the Arts District would bring the neighborhood's first skyscrapers—two 58-story towers on Alameda Street. Developer SunCal announced its plans for the multi-use project, called 6AM, to the media over the weekend, but shared some more details with Curbed today via email. According to spokesman David Soyka, the developers say the project is a reflection of the Arts District residents' own wishes for the neighborhood.
