Airbnb saw big increase in renters during LA Rams home-opener

A very profitable weekend Earlier this month, the NFL officially returned to Los Angeles with 91,000 fans packing into the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum to see the LA Rams defeat the Seattle Seahawks. The fervor for LA Rams football is certainly great news for traditional football mainstays: Ticket scalpers, jersey vendors, and hot wing joints. But one newer cottage industry is also reaping the economic benefits: Airbnb.
