Is Germany's Famed Autobahn All It's Cracked Up To Be?

On the downside, the autobahn experience showed that some of the famously disciplined German drivers are getting sloppy. Specifically I noticed several cars staying in the left lane at a relatively modest speed, instead of moving to the right.
