PokéBao Will be Serving Hawaiian and Asian Fare in Coral Gables This November

There's never too much Poké If you've tried parking in been around Coral Gables lately, you might have noticed the massive amount of construction going on in every corner. But bigger than Miami's construction-induced traffic is its newfound Poké trend. PokéBao is the city's latest fast-casual concept for the raw fish dish, slated to open this November in Coral Gables. Helming the restaurant and kitchen is Chef Daniel Bouza, formerly of Nobu Lana'i in Hawaii and Makoto in Bal Harbour.
