A familiar name in the city’s restaurant world is behind the new fleet of Indian street food trucks A company behind a number of local restaurants plans to deploy a fleet of samosa-centric food trucks throughout the Boston area. One World Cuisine will be adding a lineup of Samosa Shack trucks to its repertoire, which already includes a number of restaurants, from Dosa Factory to Bao Nation and beyond, Boston Restaurant Talk reports.
