SF’s heat wave comes to a cool, and possibly wet, ending

Summer-like weather that broke heat records in San Francisco will take a dramatic turn starting Wednesday as temperatures tumble across the Bay Area and a chance of light rain was forecast for the weekend. San Franciscans can expect to dig out their sweaters as the temperature was expected to only reach a high of 67 degrees on Wednesday, nearly 30 degrees cooler then the record heat that had city residents hunting their beachwear on Sunday, San Francisco temperatures will remain in the low 60s for the weekend, but light rain is expected for Sunday afternoon, Schneider added.
