HRC Marks National Hispanic Heritage Month

Through October 15, HRC will be recognizing National Hispanic Heritage Month, which celebrates the histories, cultures and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Over the past several years, HRC has extended its reach to the Hispanic/Latinx community. While members of the LGBTQ community share much in common, it’s important to recognize the differences that shape our unique experiences.
