Fitbit Still ‘Owns’ Wearables Vs. Apple Watch, Says Raymond James

Fitbit (FIT) still "owns" wearables, according to a survey conducted recently by Raymond James, but Apple (AAPL) is getting "substantial interest" for its revamped Apple Watch line, writes analyst Tavis McCourt in a note to clients today. “Each quarter we collect responses from 500 individuals about purchase intentions and current ownership of certain consumer electronics brand within our coverage,” explains McCourt.
