Judge Tosses Atheist’s Lawsuit, Saying the Missouri Prison System Didn’t Discriminate Against Him

After an atheist prisoner was told to go through a religious substance abuse treatment program if he wanted early release, he sued the Missouri Department of Corrections, saying this was a form of discrimination. More than four years later, that issue is still being debated, and there was a temporary setback today.
