Another Dauphin County Order Compelling Production of Virtual Surveillance (Facebook Info, etc.) Before Deposition of Plaintiff is Completed

The Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas has issued another decision compelling a defendant to produce virtual surveillance, i.e. online surveillance of a plaintiff's social media activity on Facebook, Instagram, etc, prior to the deposition of the plaintiff.
