Stardew Valley is changing the way you start your farm

Stardew Valley's next beta update has a lot of new features (and yes, it's still all being made by that one guy - incredible), with one that will shake up how you start the game. The sandbox farming sim's opening will now let you pick from five different maps when you first load, each of which will be tuned to different play styles. For example: the Riverland farm will have lots of water to maximise money from fishing, while the Forest farm will have increased foraging possibilities and a unique plant that always drops the handy mixed seed items.
