The Commerce Department will release its third estimate of US gross domestic product (GDP) in the second quarter at 8:30 a.m. ET. Economists forecast that the value of all the goods and services America produced last quarter increased by 1.3%, according to Bloomberg. If that holds true, it would be improved from the 1.1% pace that was reported in the second estimate, but still relatively dismal.
