Teen Caught Driving 146 mph on Interstate 95

An 18-year-old driver in Maine was allegedly clocked going 146 mph on Interstate 95 Wednesday afternoon in Pittsfield. The trooper who stopped Tyler Barrows, Lt. Bruce Scott, heads up the state's traffic safety division. He said it's the fastest he's ever clocked someone driving. Barrows, who was driving a Dodge Neon, also was ticketed for failing to provide proof of insurance and proof of inspection.
