NFL1000: Ranking the Top 1,000 Players from Week 3

Is defense the new offense? It’s sure looking like it these days. Most of the remaining undefeated teams in the NFL — the Broncos, Patriots, Eagles, Vikings and Ravens — are getting things done with defenses that throw their opponents into unfavorable situations from the start to the end. That’s reflected in the Week 3 edition of the NFL1000. Aaron Rodgers gets the top spot based on his marvelous performance against the Lions, but after that the next 13 players on our master list do their thing on the defensive side of the ball.
