Vital Updates on the Poke Front

Progress reports on two new Seattle poke restaurants Poke, the Hawaiian raw fish salad, continues to be all the rage in Seattle. Two new restaurants are in the works to meet what appears to be an endless demand for the stuff. In June, Eater announced the pending arrival of GoPoké in the International District. The anticipated opening timeline of summer proved to be a bit too ambitious, and owner Bayley Le confirmed the restaurant is now eyeing a late October opening.
