This car symbolizes why France and the US have completely different driving cultures

The Paris Motor Show is kicking off, and we're seeing some pretty wild concept cars. But what we'll see at the show and what ends up of on Gallic roadways can be two different things. Two very different things. I spent about a week and a half in France earlier this year, and while I was there I rented a car. For most of my time in Paris suburbs, my Renault Captur was parked.
