The 28th Amendment. A New American Revolution?

A few key documents - The Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights - lay the foundation of the United States. On the surface each has a different purpose; the Declaration asserts independence, the Constitution sets up the federal government, the Bill of Rights (amendments added to the Constitution just three years after it was ratified) fills in key specifics of what the federal government can and can't do.
