Chance the Rapper recently showed his fan savvy when he bought around 2,000 overpriced tickets from scalpers - to his recent festival, Magnificent Coloring Day - and then resold the tickets to fans for between $45 and $75 a piece. This was hundreds lower than prices that some scalpers listed for re-sales.
