The FBI's "Top Ten" unresolved Art Crimes has now been reduced to nine thanks to the dedication and hard work of Italy's Corpo della Guardia di Finanza, the Naples Direzione distrettuale antimafia and Dutch investigators all of whom served to recover two historic Vincent Van Gogh paintings during law enforcement investigations in the Bay of Naples area.
