Meet Owl’s New Menu and Chef

Sandra Mallut takes over the kitchen Stephan Galdau’s Owl celebrates its grand opening this weekend nearly four months after the restaurant and bar debuted over Memorial Day weekend. Perhaps not an achievement worthy of mention, but Owl has gone through the ringer since it opened. Earlier this month, the entire kitchen staff walked out after demanding more money and time off.
