Carrie Mashaney Is Now Mamnoon's Executive Chef

She replaces David Gurewitz Yesterday, Mamnoon announced that Carrie Mashaney, the restaurant's pastry chef, will move up the rungs to become the restaurants Executive Chef. She replaces David Gurewitz in the position. Mashaney brings to the job an impressive resume that includes competing on Bravo's Top Chef Season 11 and time at Spinasse, Artusi, and Vespolina. Mashaney endeavors to expand the menu at Mamnoon with a family-style option of a mixed grill plate of skewered kabobs, housemade flatbread, and a mezze platter of spreads.
