Joe Biden stopped by the Tonight Show to chat (and share an ice cream cone) with host Jimmy Fallon, and as is his tendency, the Vice President offered some direct but still good-natured commentary on the state of the country and the election. (He assuringly predicts a Clinton victory.) “The American people really don’t like being played for suckers,” he said when talking about Trump near-admitting that he doesn’t pay federal taxes.
