How Rita Fuller-Yates went from cleaning company to dream design business

COLUMBUS — The year 2000 marked a low point for Rita Fuller-Yates. She and her husband had divorced, and two weeks later, she was laid off from her job. She had just purchased their house from her ex and had no idea how she would survive financially, so she began cleaning homes to make a living. That’s when she uncovered something that caught her completely off guard. “I discovered many people lacked trust in many of the other residential cleaning companies,” she said.
